Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Nia.

My story isn't about how strong I became.

It's about how faithful God was in revealing what survival had taught me to build my life around—and rebuilding what trauma, self-abandonment, and deception had broken down.

Before RedevelopHER became a movement, redevelopment became personal.

I had to confront the ways I had learned to abandon myself, overextend myself, silence my needs, carry responsibilities that weren't mine, and search for identity in places that could never give it to me.

God didn't simply call me out of what hurt me.

He began rebuilding what it had shaped in me.

RedevelopHER was born from that journey.

Today, it exists to help women examine what their lives have been built on, restore their God-given identity, establish healthy boundaries, and learn to steward their Heart, Honor, Health, and His Work through biblical truth, wellness, discipleship, coaching, mentorship, and purpose-driven business.
